Parents must come with the child along with a birth certificate in original and Xerox copies of their children. Parents are given back the original copy of the birth certificate after a fortnight time. Parents must fill the admission form personally declaring their nationality, mother tongue, occupation, religion, caste, sub-caste, Child’s blood group, height, weight, and all information of parents (along with) qualification. Parents must pay admission fees at the time of admission. Parents seeking admission for their kids in Std 2nd to 7th must fill the admission form along with the original mark sheet and leaving certificate, signed by the parents/guardians promising to pay all dues from time to time and other responsibilities towards their children. Management has all rights to accept and reject the admission. But there is no restriction for admission basis on caste, language, religion, and occupation of parents. Admissions are open for all students from any community.

MEMS Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
